WiCCA - Wickedly Charming Chili Ale;  This beer is brewed with locally grown Anaheim peppers, fire roasted on site at the brewery!  It has a malty backbone to stand up to the jalapeno that adds a little kick.  Enjoy it while it lasts!!  5.5% ABV and 15 IBUs.

 

The dunkel style is a dark or brown lager.  This beer is dark brown in color with a light tan head.  It has a slight roasty aroma and a mellow nutty flavor much like a brown ale.  However it finishes crisp like many lagers do.  It is a medium bodied beer with low hop aroma, flavor and bitterness.  5.7%ABV and 25 IBUs. 

 

605 Harvest Pale Ale is an American style pale ale brewed with all SD grown hops from Anderson Hops Farm in Sioux Falls, SD.  It is a very hop forward beer that showcases the Nugget and Chinook hops used in the beer.  The Chinooks were whole cone, wet hops and went from field to kettle in less than 48 hours!  It has moderate to high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.  Best enjoyed fresh, with friends!  6.1% ABV and 60 IBUs

 

5.2 Decade Imperial IPA

Jeff's 52nd Birthday present to himself!  This is a very big, hop forward beer that invades your nostrils with a piney/citrusy aroma.  Brewed with Sorachi Ace and Amarillo hops and wet hopped in the bright tank with SD grown Chinook Hops.  It has enough malt backbone so as not to allow the hop bitterness to overwhelm you.  A hop head's dream!  8.1% ABV and 100 IBUs.

 

Jeff's 53rd Birthday present to himself!  This is a very big, hop forward beer that invades your nostrils with a mango/citrusy aroma.  Brewed with all Citra hops.  It has enough malt backbone so as not to allow the hop bitterness to overwhelm you.  A hop head's dream!  8.8% ABV and 150 IBUs.

 

A traditional Marzen/Oktoberfest style lager named after beautiful Roughlock Falls located up Spearfish Canyon.  Light copper in color with a white head.  Medium bodied with a clean crisp finish.  Little to no hop aroma or flavor with moderate hop bitterness.

 

Named after the popular mountain biking and hiking hill that flanks Spearfish on the east side, this Munich Helles is crisp and refreshing.  It is light in color with slight malt aroma.  It is medium bodied with a slight hop flavor and aroma.  It finishes crisp and dry.  6.0% ABV and 22 IBUs.

 

A moderately hoppy pale ale with enough malt to balance out the bitterness.  Light copper in color with a hint of citrus character.  5.5% ABV and 45 IBUs

 

An English style bitter.  A well balanced beer that tends toward the malt side.  Moderate hop bitterness and low hop aroma and flavor.  A refreshing, sessionable beer!  3.8% ABV and 31 IBU.

 

This oatmeal stout pours black in color with a dark tan head.  It has a heavy mouth feel with flavors of roasted coffee and cocoa.  There is a slight bitterness from the dark roasted malts and little to know hop aroma or flavor.  7.8% ABV and 20 IBUs.

 

This bold black IPA is black in color with a tan head.  It has an aroma of roasted coffee and grassy hops.  It has medium to high hop flavor and enough roasted malt backbone to create moderate hop bitterness.  8+% ABV and 100 IBUs.

 

A smooth, nutty brown ale brewed with hemp seeds and dry hopped with SD grown Nugget hops.  It is medium brown in color with a light tan head.  The flavor is slightly roasty with a hint of sweetness.  It has low hop bitterness and little hop aroma and flavor.  Brewed specifically for the Hemp Hoedown!  4.5% ABV and 20 IBUs.

 

Shwarzbier is German for "black beer".  This black lager is dark in color with slight roasted flavors and a crisp finish.  It has low to medium body and moderate hop bitterness.  5.5% ABV and 21  IBUs.

 

Chocolate Coconut Imperial Porter!  The name says it all!  This beer pours dark brown in color with a dark tan head.  The aroma is of toasted coconut and dark chocolate with hints of roasted coffee.  It has a medium to heavy mouth feel with prominent flavors of coconut and chocolate.  A hint of sweetness exist with low hop bitterness and flavor.  8.2% ABV and 21 IBUs.

 

This imperial India Pale Lager is brewed in the style of an american IPA but is fermented with a lager yeast.  It is dry hopped with Amarillo's for a hop character that is prevalent from the aroma on through to the bitter finish!  A unique style that is sure to satisfy even the most discerning hop head!  8.5% ABV and 110 IBUs.

 

A rich malty doppelbock style lager.  Brewed with locally grown roasted pumpkin and a hint of spices.  Deep copper in color with a light tan head.  A moderately heavy mouth feel with low hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.  This one will warm you up on these cool fall days!  9.2% ABV and 22 IBUs.

 

This oatmeal stout is brewed with peppermint and aged on cocoa nibs and oak spirals.  It is nearly black in color with a prominent peppermint aroma and flavor.  Hints of dark chocolate and vanilla are present as the beer warms slightly.  7.4% ABV and 45 IBUs.
